Cure Bar & Bistro

Cure Bar & Bistro takes its name from the age-old tradition of curing foods and pairing beverages to create a taste profile. The process entails spicing, drying, salting and smoking to prepare the food and then matching it with a beverage that enhances the flavor. The seasonal menu includes items such as artisan cheese selections, pork pâté, roasted sausage with jam, flat iron steak and bread pudding. The wine, beer and spirit selections are extensive, offering a range of exceptional wines, international beers and unique cocktails. From socializing with friends while sharing light fare and drinks, to sitting down to a four course offering, guests are invited to create their own experience. An informative staff of servers and chefs can offer insight to inspire and stimulate your palate. Cure Bar & Bistro is warm, inviting and memorable. High ceilings, an open fireplace and walls clad in stone and red oak evoke the atmosphere of a rustic lodge in this spacious four level restaurant.
